Artic Seal In Florida
You can talk about global warming all you want, but when a 6 foot long, 250 lb, Arctic Seal travels all the way to Florida to get away from the cold weather it would seem that something is a little fishy on the global warming front.
An Arctic seal found in a Fort Lauderdale canal – far from its habitat near the North Pole – died Tuesday, a day after it was captured.
Poor thing, at least it finally made it to SeaWorld but was evidently done in by the long trip.
Maybe they ought to issue some kind of warning to Arctic seals wanting to spend the winter in Florida to start out earlier, a lot earlier in the season…
