Amber Marshall, 24, a former teachers aid in Hebron, Indiana has entered a guilty plea to sexual misconduct against two 15- and 16-year-old learning disabled boys while she was employed at Hebron High School during the 2004-05 school year.

The terms of the plea agreement call for a suspension of the three-year jail sentence for each charge. Instead, Marshall agreed to serve six years of formal probation.

Marshall allegedly furnished alcohol to the 15-year-old, rented a motel room and had sex with him two or three times, according to the boy.

Marshall had also faced charges of molesting the boys in Lake County.

In a statement to police Marshall said she had had sex with the boys in her Hebron home, in her car in unincorporated Lake County and in the woods at Stoney Run Park in Leroy. Police caught her with one of the boys in her car in 2005.

Not a bad deal on Marshall’s part, pleading to feeling the boys up versus actually having sex with them and snagging probation in lieu of prison time.

Usually when the boy toys are 16 or over we just figure it’s making a teen boys dream come true, but this case is different owing to one of the kids being 15 and both being ‘LD’.
