Porn starlet Barbie Cummings, forever made famous for performing oral sex on Tennessee State Trooper James Randy Moss who stopped her for speeding lost her chance to avoid the ticket he issued because she failed to appear in court Friday.

Cummings, who is in reality Justis Richert, 21, of Knoxville, must pay the $159 ticket within two weeks.

Had she been here, the ticket would have been dismissed, according to the court clerk.

Meanwhile, investigators are digging into more than 25 other traffic stops by Moss wherein women say he behaved improperly with some saying that Moss asked to see their breasts when he stopped them.

Moss has resigned after his encounter with the porn star and prosecutors have said they will try to indictment him on charges of official misconduct and tampering with evidence. Exactly what “evidence” they did not say but one might assume that it will be various females Moss stopped while performing his “duties”.

By the way, according to her blog, Barbie Cummings is now married, moving to California and will be selling the pink Honda she was driving during her intimate encounter with former Trooper Moss…

Emily Hernandez and Johannie Jimenez were busted last weekend (sorry we didn’t get around to this until now – our bad) in Casselberry, Florida on charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition, battery on a pregnant person and false imprisonment of an adult and child under 13 years old.

Allegedly, the pregnant women along with her children walked into a community pool bathroom and encountered Hernandez and Jimenez naked and performing oral sex upon each other while a third woman took pictures of the hot sex action.

It is also alleged that when the pregnant woman and her children attempted to leave the accused prevented her from doing so and threatened her against calling the police.

Well, obviously someone called the police who came out, busted the alleged ‘hot to trot duo’ and transported them to the lockup. The cops say that along the way to jail that Hernandez apparently bit Jimenez while the two were inside the patrol car.

No word on where Jimenez was bit or if she enjoyed it.

Donald Lykkebak, the lawyer for “Lust in Space Astronaut” Lisa Nowak, says that Nowak did not wear diapers during her 950-mile trip from Houston to Orlando to confront her romantic rival.

He says it is an “absolute fabrication” that she did.

This in spite of an Orlando Police report which says she did.

Oh well, defense attorneys are known for claiming things in police reports are fabrications, so this isn’t surprising.

What is surprising is that Lykkebak says that the diapers found in Nowak’s car were toddler diapers and they were several years old and that Nowak and her family had used them when Houston was evacuated in 2005 during Hurricane Rita.

Strange, most folks would have simply used a restroom and most of us clean out our vehicles a little more frequently that Nowak evidently does.
