At least that is what Wayne County, Michigan prosecutors say that 47-year-old Kelly Campbell-Baumgartner did to 86-year-old husband William Baumgartner.

And that’s why prosecutors are charging Kelly on a felonious assault charge, even though Ol’ Bill does not want her charged with anything and prosecutors had originally dropped the idea of charges.

Then witness Carl J. Schultz Jr. testified, She was waving her fork at him and pointing it at him and yelling. She was taking food off his plate with the fork and flinging it at him.

Schultz also said that she leaned across the table at the suburban Detroit restaurant April 22 and nicked her husband’s face with the fork, drawing blood.

The judge had heard enough and decided that Kelly would face trial.
