Mike Nifong, the disgraced and disbarred former Durham, North Carolina District Attorney forever remembered for his legalistic rape of three innocent Duke lacrosse players and their families is whining about “the fundamental unfairness” of the North Carolina State Bar’s handling of his ethics case.

Nifong who not only should have been disbarred but also prosecuted is a fine one to be whining about “unfairness” when he himself elevated unfairness to an art form and practiced it to perfection.
