A Moderate Risk?
William J. Lutz, 37, of Weymouth, Massachusetts was a so called “moderate risk” sex offender.
That is until he was recently busted for, well, for dropping his drawers and wagging his weenie at a woman and children on a platform at the MBTA station in Braintree, Mass.
Allegedly Transit Police Officer Jason Barriteau heard the woman screaming and dashed to her assistance, just in time to see her cowering with several children near Lutz, who had his pants down and was laughing.
When Lutz saw the officer he took off running, evidently after pulling up his pants, down two levels of the garage, jumped a wall, and ran into an intersection. Barriteau in hot pursuit was struck by a truck, which kept going.
Not one to be deterred, Barriteau who suffered minor injuries, got back into the chase to be joined by a police cruiser.
Lutz, the alleged “weenie wagger” would found in a nearby portable toilet.
While we can’t say for sure, odds are they probably ought to elevate Lutz’s status to “pretty damned certain” sex offender and they might want to enter him into the next Boston Marathon.
