The FBI is conducting an investigation of the Kalamazoo, Michigan Department of Public Safety in a ‘hooker-gate scandal’ that includes all sorts interesting characters and situations.

For example:

An FBI agent suspected of being personally involved with the alleged hooker under investigation in the original 2003 case.

The same FBI agent is also suspected of being involved with as many as six other women on an Internet prostitution ring.

The alleged horny FBI guy was allowed to resign.

Other officers and attorneys that may have been included among the alleged hooker’s clients.

Evidence that was mishandled or may be missing.

An undercover officer that allegedly received oral sex from the suspect.

No charges were ever filed against anyone of these characters.

And as the scandal has exploded, City Attorney A. Lee Kirk announced his immediate retirement, Public Safety Chief Dan Weston says he’ll retire in December, Maj. Ken Colby, the department’s No. 3 administrator and head of internal affairs, abruptly resigned last week and news on the street is that another “personnel change”, aka “another shoe will drop” is on tap for the near future.

Kinda’ makes one wonder if there were any cops in Kalamazoo that were not “personally involved” with what had to be one very busy hooker, back in 2003.
