No charges expected…

Police have pretty much determined that when James Harris, 37, of Tama, Iowa was shot by his hunting dog that it was an accidental shooting, rather than an attack on the part of the dog, which has canine teeth for that sort of thing.

Harris was reportedly “doing pretty well” after surgery to remove the 100-120 shotgun pellets from his leg.
