According to the cops, Ardonas Gilbert, 26, of Chester, Pa., was running along the southbound lanes of Interstate-95 in Delaware around 10 p.m. Monday and was allegedly doing so while letting it all hang out – bare assed as a new born baby.

Allegedly Gilbert assaulted two people who tried to help him get off the road and had caused three separate traffic crashes as people swerved to try to avoid him on the roadway.

Gilbert was busted and reportedly charged with two counts of assault and a single count of being drunk on the highway. Media reports we have seen make no mention of indecent exposure so evidently running bare-assed in Delaware is just not that big a deal as long as you do not do it on the road or assault folks while naked.
