No Spanking In Massachusetts
In a state famous for drunken liberals that need a good spanking, the state legislature is considering a bill to outlaw spanking.
An Arlington nurse, Kathleen Wolf, wants to make Massachusetts the first state in the nation to outlaw corporal punishment.
Under Wolf’s proposal, which just may become law, parents would be prohibited from forcefully laying a hand on any child under age 18 unless it was to wrest them from danger.
Evidently Wolf has no issue with spanking someone over 18, which is probably a good thing for those folks into S&M, B&D and that sort of stuff.
It appears that although Wolf convinced Rep. Jay Kaufman, a Lexington Democrat, to sponsor her “no spanking law” thus far the representative has not taken a stand on the issue one way or the other.
Maybe he’s afraid of getting spanked by the voters.
Come to think of it, maybe, just maybe, Kathleen Wolf needs a good spanking too…
Read it at Bay State’s going slap-happy and wonder what this country is coming to…

The answer to abuse is not to outlaw spanking. The answer is making harsher punishments for abusers and allowing the rest of us to discipline our children how we see fit. I was spanked growing up and it only took so many times until I quit being bad. My parents eventually didn’t have to spank me because I had experienced it and didn’t want to experience it again. “Time out” isn’t teaching them anything! I know you’ve heard “Spare the rod, spoil the child.” True, true, true. If you think crime is bad in this country now, just wait 20 yrs when the generation of non-spankers get loose. Hold on tight!

The pharmacutical companys should love this law. If you cant punish your kids, about the only thing you can do is medicate them.

BAD IDEA! Isthislay crazy, doesn’t she see how many juveniles are in trouble with the law, and with this law if it were to pass, pray to God it doesn’t these young children are going to have a ball day with this one. How can someone interfer with the way a person’s wants to discipline their child. Ok if this lady doesn’t want to spank her child then thats her problem, and when her children are grown commiting crimes or a having disciplinary problems at home or school. She’sgoing to wish someone had spanked her in the mouth for coming up with such a dumb, ignorant idea. Doesn’t she watch the news, children today need discipline if we are going to save the future that is going down the drain as we speak.
