Former Miss Nevada USA Katie Rees booted by Miss USA officials in late 2006 after some provocative photos surfaced on the internet has now been busted in Vegas after she allegedly elbowed and kicked officers who pulled her over on a traffic violation.

Rees was cuffed and stuffed early Wednesday morning on a whole-lotta misdemeanor offenses including resisting a police officer, driving with suspended license plates, driving on a suspended license and speeding.

Oh well, at least she had her clothes on at the time…
