Broderick Lloyd Laswell, an inmate awaiting trial on a murder charge at the Benton County, Arkansas Jail is suing the county saying that they are starving him.

Seems that Broderick weighed 413 pounds when he was jailed in September and has withered away to about 300 pounds and he is mighty pissed.

So much so that he’s suing for more food and hot food to boot.

The company that feeds jail inmates says that the jail meals average 3,000 calories a day which is at the high end of the 2,000 – 3,000 calorie daily intake recommended for normal people.

Evidently Ol’ Broderick needs more, lots more…

The marriage of Dentist David W. Wielechowski, 32, of Shaler, and Christa Vattimo, 25 got off to a rock start it seems.

The newlywed couple spent the night in separate jail cells, she in her wedding gown after police said they brawled with each other, then members of another wedding party, at a suburban Pittsburgh hotel.

According to the cops, the fight started Saturday night after a reception when he knocked her to the floor with a karate kick in the seventh-floor hallway of a Holiday Inn and escalated when she attacked two guests from another wedding party who came to her aid.

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, 22, the gal who allegedly helped former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer find a new career has sued Joe Francis the founder of the “Girls Gone Wild” series for $10 million.

She claims that Francis exploited her image and name to advertise racy videos.

Dupre claims in the lawsuit that she was only 17 and therefore too young to sign legally binding contracts and for that matter to be drunk on spring break in 2003 when she agreed to be filmed for “Girls Gone Wild” in Miami Beach.
