Meet Dylan Morrison, 18, a student at Port St. Lucie High School in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Dylan was busted on Tuesday and charged with petit theft and disruption of a school function, for stealing an apple from the teacher’s desk.

Reportedly the teacher confiscated a small spring which Morrison allegedly used to disrupt class.

According to the arrest report, Morrison became upset when the teacher took his spring, so he took a red apple from the teacher’s desk.

It is alleged that when the teacher asked that Morrison return the apple, Morrison demanded the teacher return the spring.

With the stand off in place, the teacher summoned the dean of students, who made three requests for the apple to be returned all of which Morrison refused.

Evidently young Mr. Morrison has not grasped the fact that in such negotiations he is at a distinct disadvantage, which became apparent when the dean called the cops and a deputy arrived and warned Morrison that criminal charges could be filed if he didn’t return the apple.

Morrison, still unaware of his weak negotiating position reportedly said, “So what? I’m not leaving without my spring.”.

Unfortunately for Morrison he did leave without his spring, as he was busted and hauled away, still in possession of the apple.

Reportedly the dean is going to press charges…

Meet Storm Stockstill, 18, a student at Jupiter High School in Jupiter, Florida.

It seems that Storm and a 16-year-old buddy were having a little fun “messing around” with a younger kid in the locker room at school.

The dynamic duo were busted when a physical education teacher said he heard screaming from the locker room two days in a row in November and upon investigating witnessed Storm Stockstill and a 16-year-old classmate, holding down a boy while they “acted out sexual acts” on him.

Turns out Storm and his buddy had “played” with the kid a total of four times in the locker room and when questioned by school police Storm reportedly admitted that he did “pretend to rape” the victim and said they had done this on several occasions in the locker room but they were just messing around.

On Thursday morning, Stockstill and the un-named 16-year-old were busted and were being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Both are charged with felony battery and stalking a minor under 16 and if convicted these boys are looking at some serious “hard time” in a place where they don’t just “play” rape in the locker room…

Meet 44-year-old Joan Tuckruskye.

She’s the vice president of the Baldwin Middle School Parent-Teacher Association.

She’s also the PTA lady that allegedly got caught with a 13-year-old boy in the back of a Nissan Pathfinder behind Meadow Elementary School in Baldwin, New York last Friday night.

The cops say that when they approached the vehicle and tapped on the fogged up rear window of the SUV they could make out two figures inside, both of which were reportedly not clothed from the waist down.

When the cops starting asking questions of the boy he reportedly told them that he was 18-years-old.

Later he told them he was 15-years-old.

Ultimately it was revealed that he was only 13-years-old.

Whoopsy!

Thus far, Tuckruskye has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor which carries a maximum sentence of up to a year in jail.

Reportedly Nassau police are continuing to investigate whether Tuckruskye and the boy had sex, with the possibility of upgrading the misdemeanor charge.
